Service Coordination / Distribution Itautec Services offers a support, coordination and logistics center for the activities to implant, develop and provide support for all activities related to client projects that involve satellite communications.
Offered Services
- Site Surveys: technical visits to locations indicated by clients, to assess and determine installation. This includes: the determination of they types of antennas, electrical and data cable routing, fixing of antenna installation sites, verification of the "indoor" equipment room, appropriateness of the infra-structure to satellite service and consequent drawing of a technical sketch, besides the verification of electrical and environmental conditions, including photographic survey.
- Construction Assessment: "on site" assessment before the implementation of our services, for the purpose of validating and accepting the conditions of the infra-structure work to see if they are within the acceptable technical standards necessary for the installation.
- Install and Activation / Uninstall and Deactivation: check, assemble/disassemble and connect/disconnect "indoor" and "outdoor" equipment, including the assembly/disassembly of parabolic dishes, the routing/removal of cables, connector mounting/dismounting and configuration of satellite equipment. Includes the orientation of the satellite antennas, commissioning and installation activation, readying it to be integrated into the desired network.
- Technical Support and Maintenance: support team for all client technician activities. Critical events are supported in real time, providing for greater support quality and efficiency, seeking out solutions in the shortest time possible. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance (parts and pieces); besides the testing of systems and new equipment activation.
- Logistics: via continuous supply solutions, we endeavor to avoid non-operating remote sites due to lack of technical supplies. The shortening of time in our problem solving is obtained via providing our suppliers from our Main Warehouse and from our Itautec branches, located in the large and main cities throughout Brazil.
- Parts Control: we conduct at our central installations the separation and detailing of the state of each part or module received from suppliers, field maintenance or technical laboratories. Each element is checked and tested, with the aim of asserting its state of operation, or the need to repair it or the need to send it the its manufacturer/supplier, minimizing unnecessary transfers.
- Operating Evaluation: we are capable and prepared to carry out, with antenna manufacturers, the checking of the levels certified by the telecommunication companies and regulating agencies, the operating conditions of the antennas, their performance, gain, surface finishing, galvanization and mechanical inspection, the ensure the best possible operating conditions.
