Itautec's Service Laboratory is located in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, but can be expanded to other locations according to client needs. Our staff has over 200 professionals, made up by qualified Registered (CREA) engineers, technicians, mechanics and analysts.

All repair processes are systematized, which permit the traceability and the analysis of failures per item, being qualified to suggest improvements in client products (all processes are ISO-9001 certified). We provide services in the areas of Audio, Video, Information technology, Sales/Industrial/Banking automation, micro-informatics, printers of all technologies, communications equipment, monitors, card readers, check readers, optical readers, ATMs and others. We have an ample local stock of parts for immediate product repair or parts & pieces. We also rely on the support of INA (Itautec North America, located in Miami, USA) who acts on our behalf in acquiring and finding equivalent components on the worldwide market.
